Boas Quintas Dão Quinta da Giesta Branco

I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a mundane, 1 dimensional wine. I got a wonderful citrus nose upon opening and it kept up... The color was very typical pale yellow for a white blend. I've had Portuguese wines before and this was right along with my previous experiences. The taste was actually better than I expected. I got a lot of Grapefruit with strong undertones of lemon.
