What a unique and wonderful Pinot Noir. The nose is amazing and savory in nature. Smooth and supple with an individual, one of a kind flavor profile. I am struggling to articulate what is going on in the glass. I don’t think it is an oak influence, but it is a very distinct profile. Loved it!
