Loring Wine Company Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands

I think you either love or hate this style of Chardonnay. For me, it epitomizes the full oak, full malo style with waves of vanilla and caramelized apple and pears hitting the palate. Well done, and great value.

Color of light yellow. Scents of melon, lemon, and apple. Tastes consistent with scents as well as having some butteriness.

This is a killer wine. Great balance of acidity, fruit, minerals, and oak. Ultra long finish.
