Now this was a surprise. I've had the majority Chardonnay Cervaro before and really love that. This wine was excellent. Medium to full bodied for a pinot, excellent fruit. Darker fruits. Wouldn't mistake this for a Burgundy or a CA pinot. Has a real sense of place and craft. Would recommend. Very fresh still with a long finish.
