1 hour decant dark fruits, polished tannins, little bit of a spice kick on finish. Paired with short rib sliders. Great value.

It was great! I thought it would be a little past its time but it wasn't. The wine was a traditional cabernet but the dark berries were amplified and the finish has a little bit of spice to it. I wish I had another bottle.

I could smell this wine all day long. The nose is incredibly fragrant and composed of an intense concoction of crushed violets, anise, black currant fruit, graphite and olive. The palate is nice but seems to lack some depth and power. That being said, the wine is fresh, fragrant and has tons of potential. This is really, really good but just lacks that extra gear to make it great.

Decent bottle of wine. A little alcohol on the nose upon opening. Needs some time to settle down. Tannins are soft and round. Decent depth. Pretty smooth. Red fruits, smokey meats, wet cedar, charcoal.

At Delmonico's in Rapid City. They decanted the bottle for us. Dark berries on the nose, the palate was blueberry, plum, coffee and cigar box. A long lush finish made this excellent bottle of wine.
