A very unusual and interesting sparkler. It has a fascinating dark and bitter note. If you like Corbezzolo honey you will love this.

Probably drinking it too late. The flavor is awfully strong for a Pinot Gris, sparkling or not. Barely acceptable for an everyday sparkler.
