($12) This wine's packaging surprised me. As I removed the foil wrapping, I discovered a screwcap underneath. The wine has a flat, slightly yeasty quality that reminds me of Champagne. Lightly sweet, light bodied, balanced and very drinkable. Good acidity keeps things from getting to ponderous.
