Nice wine. Good concentration and red cherry notes. Acidity is good if not quite so lively and energetic as old world Sangiovese. Lovely dry tannin to finish. Good stuff. Winery is no longer operating.

Our shipment probably got too warm. Some of the corks show leakage, and the wine tastes a bit like old fruit. It does much better decanted for a couple of hours.
