Great value

Pours a beautiful rose petal pink in the glass. Nose and palate are linear and unfussy showing peppery and crunchy red fruits and chalky minerality. Bone dry and savory, the midpalate has just enough fruit and herbaceous notes to keep it interesting followed by a medium (-) finish that is palate cleansing as the mineralite washes over everything. Hard to beat for the money.

Bright and fruity, great flavor

Nothing to write home about, but, given the price, not much to complain about either; step up a notch in price, and you step up a notch in quality.

Very nice rose, nice strawberry, almost unripe strawberry along with some yeasty notes. Excellent fresh nose, med-plus acidity which went so well with food. Striking clear salmon color, quite full-bodied for a Cremant with excellent mouth-feel. Very enjoyable, recommended.

Served well-chilled (@ 6c/43f, 12.5% abv) for a celebratory occasion. Nice pale pink color in the glass, Yeasty nose, crisp & zesty minerality with fruit flavors of raspberry and strawberry.

Really lovely and delicate in taste and color. Not very complex, but at this QPR and drinking it just hanging out with friends, it worked out real well. Great brunch bubbly with some salty hors d'ouvres. Bet it would really work with pizza.

Pretty unattractive herbaceous notes overpower the strawberry...won't buy again

Wines At Our Table; Week of February 22, 2015; 2/16/2015-2/22/2015 : Pale salmon color with persistent stream of bubbles with appealing strawberry, peach, and a bit of floral aromas. On the palate shows a moderately creamy mousse, crisp acidity, and a surprising depth at this price point with strawberry, cherry, peach and blood orange flavors with a hint of herbaceousness (from Cab Franc I suspect). Fantastic QPR at $13! The fruit comes from 20- to 30-year-old vines. 12.5% alcohol

Spicy cranberry with a fresh lemony finish.

Brioche on the nose, but this softened with some time. The bubbles are a bit on the coarse side, but this has a nice acidity, and a good amount of fruit as well. Paired wonderfully with a nice sweet/savory summer salad.

All right, but not as good as the brut.

This remains our "house sparkler" it has great fruit, sparkle, and even a bit of depth. What else can you ask for--a lap dance? Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

I had a conversation the other day about 'house wines'. I proclaimed rather boastfully that there was no such thing as a house wine chez le drunken cyclist. Not really sure why I should boast about that, since it is a rather stupid thing about which to boast. Especially when it is not true. This is our sparkling rosé 'house wine'. It is affordable (i.e., well under $20), very good, and easy to get (although it does involve a trip …

This is essentially our house sparkler, and a great QPR usually. This bottle was not quite as good as the last few we have had. Perhaps, it was a tad bit too cold, but the fruit was not as prevalent as previous bottles.

No Billecart Salmon, but a nice rosé for the price.
