Green pepper, cranberry, pomegranate, strawberry, maybe some darker fruit too, some floral notes and a hint of tiger balm/camphor. Lovely fine tannins and good acidity with a sweet fruitedness that lingers. This may develop well, but its delicious now if you're into a nice gentle mouth coating of good quality tannin. This keeps me coming back for more. 91/92

a bit tight on day 1 and better on day 2; quite long, good fruit, but a a bit too simple and primary at this stage may have been better slightly chilled in summer with food, which is my recommendation for consumption this year (or wait 3-5 years...) 89+ for now

Excellent, especially at this price--best on the third night, so it has plenty of time to keep evolving. But also delicious right now.

This is all Loire-esque pleasure of green peppers and raspy tannins - imagine being licked by 20 cats. No screechy end notes here though - there is enough depth to provide some bass notes. Really really impressive.

Really nice in the clean and fresh style while retaining all the typicity of Cabernet franc with its cassis and bell pepper pyrazine flavors. Great density of just ripe flavors without any heaviness. Medium plus body with acidity befitting the variety and chalky tannins. Softens nicely with time in the glass.

Inky fruit, green pepper, clearly cab franc. Almost Chinon like, almost cloying on the pop. Over a few days, it balanced out but lacking dept or mineral.

Classy Cabernet franc; fresh with perfectly integrated acidity, very mineral, acidic red berries, elegant tannic frame, some classy green and vegetal notes. I love this for its purity of flavors and its freshness. Good already but can hold 10 years. - 91 points

Kinda hallmark Cabernet Franc notes to it. With some structure, and interest on the palate. Its lively and fresh. Could be chilled.

Gorgeous wine in the glass – deep magenta color. On the nose, prominent smell of baked green pepper. A bit of pepperiness that also carries onto the palate. Slightly subdued in the mouth but the mouth feel is wonderful – silky smooth. Purple fruit, a bit of whole cluster dusty earth, and the green pepper becomes an undertone. Long, deep flavors – fresh yet engagingly mature for a wine of such tender years. This is something unique and special. Fun!

The words in my head on first sniff and sips were "even" and 'seamless". Drank after 15 mins from opening in a social setting (= wife unloading her daily work woes on me). On the nose measured sweaty socks with dried black fruits in the background. In the mouth intense savoury style wine with all that even-ness coming through. No hard edges anywhere. Delivers across the palate. Faded black fruits and maybe some herbal elements came to mind as My …

100% whole cluster, and a gravel road aromatics, striving after Loire Cabernet Franc, a love of lukas. Pencil shavings from another vineyard 6 miles away. Shoulder of lamb stuffed with anchovies on a sunday. Smells very strongly of Cabernet Franc. Lukas notes melt away tannins on the palate and I can sorta feel that. Just opened, a little bit tight.
