Nose: a lot of black fruit, plum Nice black fruit palate, balance tannins but short finished. It open after a couple of hours, still black fruit and sherry, much nicer finished

Very pleasant, easy to consume wine. Not deep, but comfortable. Drink up within the next year.

Vino 100 Holiday Push (Vino 100, Rockford, IL) : I've tried this a couple of time and don';t get it. Cab, merlot and syrah blend from Lodi. Hot, bland red wine. Drinkable, nothing special.

This one is perhaps a bit disorganized compared to other bottles. Still massive black fruit on the nose. Flavors of plum and cocoa. Losing its grip a bit for me. But still a great, great value! Salud!

This wine actually aged nicely....nice fruit component, with a bit of a rustic quality. Much better than a few years ago. Pleasantly surprised. Should have a few more years to it.

Great daily drinker...Wine Library is effectively giving it away.

Phenomenal wine for the price. Deep plum fruit and paired really well with chocolate. Definitely would buy more bottles

The berry flavors are prominent. Not for the meek. If you enjoy syrah, petite sirah and brunellos you will love this wine. Very drinkable. Fro the price this is a steal. I will buy 4 more bottles to enjoy. The was a gentle fine finish.

Very strong sub $15 syrah blend with a smooth texture from beginning to end. A hint of spice with no strong tannin at all. Enjoyed the bottle and will buy another few bottles...ready to drink now.

Awesome fruit aromas, but once tasted, a bit disappointing--lacked some depth.

Found this to be thick and juicy, almost mirky for a Syrah and having no finish. 2 hours after opening, the wine thinned on the palate and developed some firm tannis, but not withstanding to a long fruit finish.
