tasted about an hour after opening. Inky purple in color, with medium legs. Mild aromas, some forest floor and a tiny hint of coffee. Flavors of plum, black cherry, and a bit of chocolate. Nice flavor bomb, lust slightly astringent. Medium long finish.

Deep ruby colored with medium viscosity legs (14.1% ABV). The nose has a gamy hint alongside ripe black cherries, black raspberry, plum, cloves, a hint of menthol, black pepper and coffee. The palate is dry with medium (+) acidity and medium tannins that are pretty smooth. Medium to full bodied- I get flavors that mimic the nose, with a touch less game. There's also a licorice component coming through that I quite like. The finish is medium in length and …

Dark ruby color with a light body. Bursting with fresh raspberry and herbal nose. Oak on the palette with a medium rock candy finish. Wood is well balanced with the light fruit. A lovely drink especially for the price.
