Confirmed last bottle. Major points for its uniqueness. Not for everyone, but I enjoyed it.

Lots of points for interesting. Unusual grapes, almost sherry-like, but not oxidized. Genuine different taste. Not for everyone, but a complex wine.

So funky and fun. Some years left in it, still. Oak initially, then citrus, then more oxidized nutty notes at the finish. After it opened and warmed, the citrus sort of creeped equally to the start and finish and really rounded out the wine. Got fun notes of nutmeg, soy sauce, grapefruit, butter. Definitely a fully bodied and complex white. Not perfect, but very entertaining and would seek out again.

Vindredi (Spanish Riojas, plus...) (Bellevue, WA) : Bright and fresh, with citrus and lemon. A bit reduced.

Terroir al Limit @ Brix (Brix Financial District) : Color straw. the nose shows dense minerality a little reminiscent of Chablis, but with nuts and saltiness. swishing shows the chalky saline acidity and oxidative notes, and sipping allows the full fruit to strut it's stuff and mutes the salinity. delightful

A private dinner (Restaurant Alinea Madrid, Madrid, Spain) : Very spicy nose of slate, an aroma of spontaneous fermentation, floral, feels slightly reductive; the palate is full and dry, with lots of dry extract, acidity is quite low, more about structure than about aromatics, ripe bitters, has some juicy fruit; light finish, good length.
