Strawberry with earthy elements. Good acidity, just a hint of minerality and lemon on the finish. The more I focus on this, the more I like it.

Perfect balance of strawberry, raspberry, minerality, and earthiness. Excellent acidity. One of the best roses I have tasted, perhaps helped by a nice pre-summer day.

In Santa Barbara pre-dinner. Recommended by local bartender Pink/salmon color. Nose had cherry, floral and some hint of vitamins (yes). Medium body/acidity, very nice mouthfeel. Bright red fruit mid palate, strawberry, citrus, mineral. Great summer wine, worth trying.
