Nose/Floral - mirrors the palate. Maple candy and caramel Sweet - maple candies Nutty - pecan? Walnut? Dark Spicy - cinnamon Earthy - spearmint Smoky - no Woody - very cedar forward. Clearly shows oak Fruit - apple pie Color - dark copper Palate - very spearminty and clearly 95/5 rye Finish - surprisingly balanced for 131 proof Value - amazing QPR. High proof MGP 95/5 rye at 12yr Overall - love it
