Allagash Curieux Oak Aged Belgium Style

Slight bourbon taste very well integrated from barrels aged in, heavier, creamy and delicious w/ a burger.

Used in (1) of the (2) smoked chickens, beer butt style, with maple and charred rum woods. Chicken was stupid good on night eaten and then in smoked chicken salad made for next day lunch...so thanks Allagash for the inside of chicken flavor contribution! Will try soon the other bottles in a real tasting.
