Twelve hour slow ox, including being Vacuvin’d overnight. Deep magenta color. Tart cherry pie on the nose. Smooth, dry palate. Firm, lower intensity tannins on the longish finish. This is a solid Left Bank blend produced here in Texas. 61% Merlot, 36% CS, and 3% PV
