Ambrose Rosé

1st of 6 for me, and it's hot as balls here today, so the time is right. It's a little on the richer side—certainly more California than Provence. Salmon pink color. Smells sweet with notes of strawberry, honey, white flowers, tangerine, and minerals. Dry on the palate with definite richness, fullish body, medium acid and finish, some alcoholic heat, and flavors of strawberry, tangerine, grapefruit, and mineral.
