Opened Saturday ~ drinking Tuesday And though the nose does not excite, the palette is just plush with balance and depth. Not the most complex but certainly thought provoking. The structure is outstanding with full resolution and integration. Impressive

Dark red fruits, spice, a little cola, tar and a little bit of a pastic-y thing going on. A very strong finish that is LOOOOONG. Light to medium bodied. Herbal with some sage and some leather. The finish makes it for this wine with its bright acidity.

Pinot Noir Tasting (My house) : Red with brown hints. A little funky but with cake spice. Asphalt. Red cherries, lots of other red fruits and spice. A meaty/sanguine element. A little burnt plastic on the palate that's off putting. Nice structure and a lingering finish.
