On the palate, slightly sweet entry, medium plus body, medium acidity, bruised yellow apple, green strawberry, hazelnut and walnut, honeydew. Medium plus finish, a bit hot, white pepper and a bit of bitterness. 89 points

This light golden wine is a blend of 30% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Bourboulenc and 20% Roussanne. Popped and poured, it is immediately aromatically expressive of baked apples, lime zest, yellow peaches, honey, rose petals and chamomile. Medium-bodied, medium in acidity, lightly oaked and without alcoholic heat (14%), it delivers flavors mirroring the nose and is dense on the mid-palate.
