Mineral and focused with a touch of creamy lemon, this is a lovely cool climate chardonnay, the equal of many village burgundies, and certainly better value.

My last. Never showed signs of old age, but neither of hoped for improvement to the 90+ bracket. Focussed exotic fruit, some minerality with good capsid acidity. No detectable wood. Well made but I would prefer a bit more oomph. Pretty rather than memorable. If you have a bottle might be worth keeping for fun to see if there is any further development, but probably best to drink up.

Very pure aromatic melon with hint of viscosity and green capsicum. Concentrated if a tad too one-dimensional to take this very good wine into the excellent level. For drinking over the next year or so.
