Lovely crisp, round and well balanced flavor. Drank with appetizers at a beach house and it was a hit. Notes of green apple and honeysuckle with a firm finish. Wonderful on a hot day.

Citrus peel, almond, and a bit of an herbal note on the nose. Lemon, apple, and some minerality on the palate. Full body and a medium finish. The acid starts fairly mellow, feeling almost low at first, but becomes more tart with some time on the palate.
