Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Racey pineapple fruit balanced by zingy acidity. Plenty of richness. Some saline and mineral. Plenty of oomph. Excellent. Tried again on day 2. More fleshy citrus on day 2. This is a juicy style but with enough acid to provide balance. 93 points
