Pretty good for $9.99/bottle magnum. I buy this mostly to cook with, but if you're hosting a big party with some not super discriminating wine drinkers, it does the trick. If it had a little more spice, it'd move up 3-6 points pretty quickly. Decently full-bodied, good fruit. Definitely nothing offensive here.

Probably the most light-body red wine I ever drank. Utterly inoffensive. The type of wine that non-discriminating people (used to) buy in bulk, in France, for their everyday consumption. Why it makes it to these shores, I have no idea.
