白芝麻、坚果油、柑橘皮和一点橙花起头，随后延伸出各种各样的果味，各种各样的橘子、略带蜜饯感，些许黄皮、苹果构成主题，有着不错的饱满度，中后段橙花又再浮现，勾连着颇为高级的香料粉、甘草以及几缕类麝香的动物香料感，干净中平添一缕野性。口感前中段比较饱满，有着圆润和充实感，集中度不错，酸度很好，分作两边铺开左右。苹果、柑橘皮、黄皮、柠檬、些许热带果，板栗、芝麻和轻微矿物，很是细腻干净，美中不足是收尾略短促，但已是这个等级酒款的超常发挥了。92+/100

1 of 536 btls or whatever it is. Really lovely bourgogne blanc. A cut above but not so superior that worth the hype or secondary market hoopla.

Pinot under $100 (East Bistro) : Previous bottle was a little advanced so wanted to check in on another bottle. Bit of a unicorn so always happy to share with like-minded friends. Luckily this was much fresher with impressive weight and zesty citrus fruits, but the oak was a bit more obtrusive compared to the first bottle which was still the best for me. Still excellent for its level mind, especially if you can find it for a reasonable price.
