A unique Riesling in texture and flavor. It's round with acid that hides behind the body. It has timid aromas of apple and tea with subtle lychee, ginger, and coriander. The flavors are yeasty and with the apple and coriander notes I could be enjoying a Belgian White ale or hard cider. If you've ever tasted Wort (flat green beer), then you know what I'm talking about.

Fumey aromas wrap around deep honeyed lemon, green papaya, passionfruit, pineapple, and spicy ginger. The extraordinarily high acid registers immediately and bookends the flavors; predominately lemon, peach, white flowers, sour mango, passion fruit, guava, and basil. Its rich but the acid slashes through like a weed wacker. An exercise in balance of extremes - acid, flavor, fruit, and alcohol. A whole lot of fun.
