Sunday Group: 2006 Napa Cabernets (Our house) : Peach blossom, apricot and candied orange peel with a touch of underlying sulfur. Ripe white peach and honeyed tropical fruit flavors on the palate. Excellent.

(Elaine@Wasabi) Hint petrol, white lacy florals. Tall acid-sugar balance: immediate and impeccable. Light zest, clear acids with slight oiliness. Structurally sound, pairing effortlessly with our ponzu cured kingfish carpaccio (Shiromi Ponzu).
