This was really nice tonight with an abundance of light, delicate, almost lacey, red and blue fruit that showed really good depth and concentration despite its light bodied mouthfeel. Firm minerality and sous bois undertones finish this one off. What a delight for a village level burgundy.

This was delightful tonight with a surprising depth and concentration for its level to the red and blue fruit. There’s also some good minerality and earthy undertones running thru out. All in all, quite nice and drinking well after several hours of air.

decanted for a couple of hours, a bit shy aromatically tonight, some juicy berry scents, texture is pure elegance, juicy dark berry midpalate, polished tannins, decently lengthy finish, something about this creates an urge to chew into it but the body is silky smooth, not a complex wine but one of textural feel and depth in that regard, matched with Szechwan spiced baby back ribs

HDH December auction; 12/13/2018-12/15/2018 (Chicago, IL) : Super ripe and juicy on the nose and palate. Obviously young, but lots of black fruit. A touch of roasted earth as well here -- this is just a large-scaled wine that needs to resolve all the juicy youthfulness.

Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL) : Tasting, brief note. More black vs red cherry and berry with impressive ripeness, balance and elegant textures. A sensational Villages wine, but that's no surprise since it is comprised of 1er Cru fruit. Very elegant. I believe this is the same as the wine labelled "Nuits St. Georges Vieilles Vignes," and despite its name also includes some Richemone.
