(Rosewood Mayakoba) $250 on list. Decanted 30 min. Fresh exuberant nose with red cherries, herbs and hint of cedar. A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Tempranillo with only 14.2% it showed quite light on its feet in the hot weather, no over extraction. One of the best Mexican wines I've had to date. 200 cases made. Went perfectly with my wood grilled rack of lamb
