PnP. Fallow straw with clear edge in color. Nose of green apple, physalis, saturnalia peach and sea salt. On the palate: white fruit, asian pear and salinity. Medium weight with acid progression being uneven (perceived on front sides and back of palate, but somewhat soft in the middle). Long finish of white fruit and sea salt with just a hint of spice. In-store tasting. This vintage is labeled with the brand new San Luis Obispo Coast AVA rather than Edna Valley. Looking up the AVA map shows that SLO Coast is huge and completely engulfs Edna Valley as well as Arroyo Grande Valley. So maybe it's all Edna Valley fruit.
