A label most fascinating, Paint nostalgia. Tasted blind. Thought it was a southern French blend of Grenache and Cinsault. Turns out to be extremely eccentric. Sweet-fruited nose of raspberry (literally), sour cherry and red plum. Medium-bodied with a moderate acidity, warming alcohol and soft tannins. Solid fruit concentration and long finish. Interesting and delicious.
