Piero Bussi Piemonte Chardonnay

Not bad. Well made Chardonnay with a more lean and straight forward expression. This wine did not undergo any malolactic fermentation = no buttery notes. I really appreciate these attributes to a Chardonnay, so for me I’ll just stick to white burgundy :-) If I want a fresh lean wine (like this) I usually prefer something a bit more aromatic - like Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.
