Old gold in colour. Chalk on the nose, lemon, some spice, rockmelon and pineapple. Oily, unctuous texture, with good weight, roundness and density. Good acids, in balance, citrus on palate. Reasonably complex and relatively long, a bit of an alcohol burn on back palate (14.5% alc on label). A food wine, went well with roasted eggplant. Oinorama Wine Fair 2012; 3/17/2012-3/18/2012 : (tasted at oinorama) A wine a bit too warm but it had a nice bold color, high acidity and a lot of vanilla with the oak coming strong at the finish line. It has a rather shortish aftertaste. An interesting wine to have on its own but with food too.

Shy but focused with yellow fruit and minerality. Round with refreshing acidity that balances forward fruit. Stony minerality, citrus and yellow fruit present. Medium + length. Opulent style.
