50% Grenache 25% Syrah 25% Carignan Fresh garnet hue, dark and opaque, compact rim. Aromatics of cooked dark fruits, olive, savory, quite cheesy. Palate is smooth. Dense but not tannic, good acidity, dry. Quite balanced. Fruits showing is ripe but with a lot of freshness. Cherry, licorice, and raspberry. Bay leaves, sage, some rosemary. Bright and short finish. This is quaffable Southern Rhone blend. Give it at least half an hour to air for the stuffy smell to blow off. …

Deep dark colour Ripe plums, rosemary and spices. Rich, powerful but with plenty of freshness. This is a very nice CD-R. Think it only cost about £10z
