Part of a Thompson Vineyard tasting and was one of my favorites. Really nice black fruits with enough earth and spice to support.

Tasted at The Garagiste Festival Southern Exposure. Excellent cool weather profile syrah... showed very well. Funky, brambly blackberry, anise flavors, with some savory characteristics. Good concentration, low/med acidity, and good intensity on the med length finish. 91-92
