We sell this wine. Fresh, bright and lively. Citrus, poached pear and chalk. Perfect apéritif. Lovely.

A straight 2016 consisting of 58% Le Mesnil sur Oger and 42% Oger fruit. 16% foudre, 84 cuve, no malolactic fermentation. Tirage 2017, disgorged 11/2022, dosage 3.9 g/l. This one is very fresh and saline on the nose with green apple-driven fruit, ginger and vanilla. The mousse is mouth-caressingly fine and persistent. The fruit is on the ripe side with suits the lowish 3.9g/l residual sugar well. The flavor profile excels in purity and the wine is refreshing as hell. …
