Transcendence Zinfandel Paso Robles

Gorgeous deep inky purple wine with a bouquet of floral spray. Well-integrated but definitely fruit forward. Not the peppery elements I usually associate with Zinfandel, but a hearty wine nonetheless. Ate tonight with a variety of barbecued meats and veggies and handled all well (Pork, beef, chicken, broccoli, Brussels). Also nicely complimented the double chocolate brownies!
