Pretty solid Blanc de Noirs. Surprisingly clear with only a hint of light red in the glass. Interesting tangerine, orange peel, and red cherry notes, though the flavors take a bit of time to come out. Lots of acidity and bubbles. A hint of bread/brioche on the finish that made it pair very well with the crust in an apple pie.
