I like how this has developed, still a pale salmon and the dosage is pretty sweet, but age has bestowed more complexity. Excellent with food. Very Good+.

Not as good as the Solter Brut Sekt Riesling (a wine I really really like). A great color and a very fun bottle to bring into a room. Too bad that it is sort of boring.
