Considerable power, dense dark fruits, tannins are significant but easy. Very nice in a style way different from Chianti. Drink or hold a few years.

Still very dark in color, significant tannin, but starting to drink well. Out of the gate it had explosive dark red fruits but nothing candied. Now or 7-8 years from now.

Still very tannic after quick decant. Attractive dark fruit starting to show, and drinkable with food. A little mint emerging on the finish. Try again in 2 years.
