Ultimate Parker in Singapore Mega-Tasting (The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore) : Entry level unoaked(!) Pinot Noir. Did not like this one bit. Not quite undrinkable, but not far away from that either. Varietal characteristics were pushed to the max here.
