In een groot glas. Aroma komt los. Dit is oude wereld. Klassieke Spätburgunder. Animaal, paddestoel, het hele bos. In de bios en mooi fruit gedreven Spätburgunder met subtiele zuren. Erg lekker.

Klassieke Spätburgunder. In de neus nat hout, animaal, stal. Heerlijk op een herfstige dag. In de mond fris fruit, zuur in balans. Mooie lange afdronk van kers met zoethout. Aangenaam complex. Aanrader.

Medium(-) ruby, regular tears @13.5%. Medium developing aromas of strawberries, cherries, wet forest floor, leaves, barnyard. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium(-) tannin, medium-medium(+) body, medium(+) alcohol. Medium(+) red small fruits, leaves, cured meat, cocoa, spice. Crunchy fruit texture with fresh slightly bitter medium finish. A substantial rather savoury PN full of character. A pleasant surprise.
