Aussie version of GSM , 80% Shiraz, 10% matter and 10% Grenache. Deep purple in color, we popped and poured first glass. It hit big on nose and on palate with dark berry fruit. But no finish... so we decanted two hours, and what a finish. Lingering notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of spice.

VERY interesting Aussie GSM blend with predominantly Shiraz. Layered dark fruit with a hint of the classic salinity you get from Australian Shiraz. Don't let the gimmicky label fool you... This is the real deal, especially at 19.99

Not liking this one at all. No real aroma, color is dark red and there is some sweetness but to me it tastes like table sugar. It's not fruity at all. It has that bright edge like sugar out of a sugar bowl. Not good!!

The wine is a deep, dark garnet color. The big and in your face nose has blackberries, smoke, dark chocolate, cherries, vanilla, earthy underbrush, plums, dried herbs, and a faint eucalyptus note. This is fairly full bodied with fairly solid, ripe tannins and decent acidity. On the palate the wine shows a load of juicy, spice, peppery berries with some plums, dark chocolate, and dried herbs in the background. Decanted for about an hour. Deep garnet color. Blackberries, cherries, chocolate, vanilla, underbrush, dried herbs, and plums on the very inviting nose. Medium to full body with fairly solid, ripe tannins and good acidity. Initially dark fruit and spicy on the palate but red fruit and earthy, dried herbs come in strong on the back end. Decent length on the finish with some nice chocolaty oak adding nice depth. Nice Shiraz blend from Australia. 80% Shiraz, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Grenache.

Loving this wine, drinking this for two straight nights. This bottle is a little more funky, but overall very jammy still. I am in love with this wine; it is so much more than the sexy lady on the label. This wine needs air to show its true potential.

Nose: chocolate raisin, oak, dry cherry/cranberry. Hint of almond. Not the biggest nose. Taste: chocolate cake, dried cherry/cranberry, like a fancy latte (one of those overpriced and overly sweet one at starbucks which makes you question your sanity after purchasing it). Surprising smooth even with its relatively bold flavors and big body. A bit nutty and some warm spices in the back palate. Very tasty and very food friendly. Opened up nicely. Raisin on the nose. Rich plum and cherry, lovely spicy finish that leaves a tingle on my on my tongue and smile on my face. Pairs well with grilled white cheddar cheese and tomato open faced sandwich. Delish!

Nice wine. Needs to breath. Nose has black cherry and alcohol. Good legs. Reasonable finish with flavor of black cherry and tobacco. Nice but could be more for the price. Great bottle art.
