Great over a few nights. Nice balance of oak, malo, fresh fruit, and more complexity. Very nice.

Clear light golden yellow…rim is clear and quite viscous..immediate aromas of flint and matchstick..changes in20-30min to creamy lemon and lemon peel aromas…flavor follow…mouthfeel is medium body with refreshing acids…great alone or with food (vegan chick pea pot pie).

Day 1 - the impression is overwhelmingly one of reduction. Just flint and matchstick. Clearly theres concentration and depth, but it comes across as very neutral underneath. Any fruit or florals are buried deep. Day 2 - most but not all of the reduction is gone, still very mineral forward, with light notes of honey-lemon, red apple, and a tinge of honeydew melon. Lots of stuffing here but doesnt quite fell in balance to me. Maybe in 5+ years.

Consistent with previous bottle. Nice balance of fruit, acidity and oak. Paired great with pan seared scallops over fava bean puree.

No detailed notes, but this was really lovely. Many of the notes below are right on for my palate. Lemon, citrus, white flowers, slight honey, flinty matchstick reduction, but also a certain presence, a a concentration on the palate that stood up really well with food. This is a really well made wine: from a great vineyard, but also a very talented winemaker.

Pale gold in color, a touch of haze in the glass. A bit of reduction on the nose initially- but this really blossoms with even 30mins of air. Id recommend decanting if it is a bit shy upon opening. Wonderful aromas of creamy lemon, white flowers, some honey, chalky minerals. I like Talbot61s note of marshmallow, I definitely smell that. My perception of this wine in the mouth seems to be a bit fuller than other CellarTracker notes. Maybe its …

Drinking one of these lovelies, a BerserkerDay score to be sure, tonight. This is delicious Chardonnay; its dry, crisp, with a little slate mineral and unlit match, followed by pretty tart apple, and dry citrus perception. It is light bodied, easy going, and quite tasty.

Pale gold color. Medium+ intensity youthful nose with aromas of lemon, golden apple, honeysuckle, a bit of toast from the oak and a slightly creamy note from the malo. Very pretty. Similar flavors on the palate with a slightly creamy mouthfeel but braced with medium+ acidity. Medium+ length finish. Very nice chardonnay right now with room to develop.

Drank with a bunch of west coast Chardonnays. Trout gulch and Durant from Goodfellow. This was great. It was easier, more fruit forward, bright and shiny, light bodied, smooth, with some black mineral and dull lemon.

Similar to my notes on the 2019, however I liked this one slightly less. Perhaps it just needs a bit more time in bottle though. Will open another 1 year from now.

This is a special wine, ephemeral in the way that some German rieslings are. It is slightly hazy, moderately acidic, weightless, with a soft, pillowy character, a corresponding flavor that my daughter identified as marshmallow, and tropical fruit flavors -- grapefruit initially and pineapple eventually. Easy to drink right away.

Had a glass of this from a new bottle that was very chilled, and even then this was very impressive for the quality and price. Beautiful nose of flowers, lemon, pear, honey, with a delectable elegant mouthfeel, texture. Light to medium bodied, with a finish that has subtle complexity (akin to drinking some very high end oolong tea), and there was very light oak (maybe 3/4 of the way through there were small notes of it) which I appreciated. Very …

Consistent with previous note - wanted to remind myself that the complexities take 30 to 60 minutes to show up.

BerserkerDay purchase. Outstanding. I can't figure out the mythological creature I want to compare it to, but it would have to combine its body parts from flowers, honey and sea shells. Ready to drink right now, it opens with a definite new world embrace of fruit that isn't overwhelming, but instead well-delineated. It finishes with a bracing minerality that's kinda sorta chablis-like, and as the evening progressed and it warmed up a bit, there was a pleasantlly oily mouthfeel that …
