Very nice prosecco and wonderful VFM. Clear bright medium yellow color. Lights plus body. Low acidity (feels semi dry). Mildly aromatic, citrus and green tree fruits. Same on the palate. Lemon, lime, apple, peach, pear, melon, apricot. Again - very nice Prosecco and a great VFM.

CBCC fall wine tasting event featuring 44 wines total. Thiswas the lightest wine tonight. It gets lost amidst the intense number of bigger wines I tasted tonight. On the nose it has white flowers and toast. On the tongue it is a bright & cool sparkling wine. Short finish with flavors barely there.

Pale yellow color with moderate bubbles. Off-dry with a bouquet and flavor typical of a Prosecco, and in this case of no great distinction. Maybe a bit of peach with good supporting acidity. Nothing to write home about, or possibly a tasting note.

light colour with good dosage of slow bubbles. nose: sweet apples, someyeasts; quite strong. taste: sweet pears; some tartness in the finish. Definitly for those who like sweet sparklers; anyway still well done.

Pale, limpid green color. Very reticent and faint nose with distant aromas of ripe pear and aromatic herbs. Soft and easy palate with rich and generous, though very short-lived mousse and no structure. Generic, uninspired flavors of ripe pear and green apple. Very one-dimensional and boring. Even though the wine is dry, the dosage is still quite obvious. Fresh, light and rather short finish with reticent and a bit watery pear flavors. I generally dislike Proseccos, but out of all …
