Color is lemon-yellow; nose is moderately aromatic with slate, minerals, slight lemon-lime; palate is light bodied, very light sweetness (almost trocken or at least kabinett) balanced by medium to medium-plus acid, all about the minerality on the palate with much more limited fruit; finish is short-medium and fades quickly, clean. Quick TN: One of the wines of the day - fresh, minerally, and paired so well with so many of the dishes - especially the stuffed pig's foot topped with sweetbreads and savory mustard sauce.
