Bottle a praiseworthy 1161g. Screwcap. Aromas of moderate intensity, under-ripe pear, candied lime, perfume. Dry, with moderate acidity, light-bodied, 8.5% abv. Just-ripe pear on the palate. Fresh and pleasant.
