Vinet är defekt. Tydlig Brettanomyces: unken doft av stall, svettig häst och plåster. Alla flaskorna defekta och ska returneras.

Textbook. Light-medium body, snappy acidity, a touch of bitter almond and licorice on the back of the tongue. Not an everyday wine but a nice change from fruitier light pizza reds.
