Handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon Collection Yarra Valley

Dark purple on colour, slightly lighter on rim. Pronounced nose of blackberry, spice and dark plum. Oak spice. High acidity, full bodied, high tannins, but well integrated. Flavours of dark fruit, ripe plum. Medium complexity but would have liked a little longer length.

Medium garnet. Expressive nose of red fruit with dark fruit as well, brown notes a well with earth, oak and a touch of game. The palate is rich and structured but from the structure more like a Corton than a New World wine. Quite well done.
