Domaine Olivier Hillaire Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Terrasses

Reddish in color with light intensity. Fruity nose with red fruits. Medium plus in body with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing red cherries, currants, light wood ,spices, coffee ,dark chocolates and peppercorn. Nice finish with soft tannins and cherries. This Grenache from Châteauneuf-du-Pape is still very young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Elegant and nicely balanced. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
